Seoul, Korea’s vibrant capital city, is the 10th most attractive destination for international travellers in 2014, according to a new survey by MasterCard. Seoul ranks ahead of Asian neighbors Shanghai, Taipei and Tokyo, but falls behind others like party-hard Bangkok, stolid Singapore and Hong Kong. London and Paris topped this list.
